Based on Section 310.15 (B) (3) (c) in the 2024 NEC, a conduit must be at least 7/8 above a rooftop. If not so, you must add 60 degrees Fahrenheit to the ambient temperature correction factor. There is also a blocked off pipe sticking out of this chimney near the drain; the purpose of that pipe is to support the weight of the metal liner. It goes right through the chimney. So there you have it.
